SIS with Sage CRM to APplus
Processes of amongst others contact management, sales as well as marketing and support cases will be displayed in a CRM System.
We were able to reduce the input of records enormously with the integration to the ERP solution of APplus. The master data of companies and persons will be synchronised bidirectionally in both data bases.
By setting up a data service, open APplus sales proofs can be shown in Sage CRM. In addition, these sales items can be allocated to Sage CRM opportunities.
With our universal middleware, the sellmore integration server (SIS), we can connect every reachable data base with our CRM solutions. The SIS delivers templates for the transfer of objects what results an easy and quick configuration. The connections to the end systems, the synchronisation and the report support will be implemented as plugins and can be combined variously in the server application.
