SIS with Sage CRM to Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management
CRM systems support the individual processes in marketing and sales. Furthermore, working processes will be established and extended amongst others in the support and contact Management.
We managed to make master data of customers, suppliers and contacts automatically available in Sage CRM with the CRM Integration Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management (formerly Sage X3).
The synchronisation will be implemented by a SOAP gateway with objects. In addition, products, meta data and further Enterprise Management categories (formerly Sage X3 categories) can be synchronised in one direction.
With the support of the SIS (sellmore integration server), only one “side” needs to be connected. In the end, you do not have two gateways for two connections of the CRM, but the SIS with the correspondent process templates. The SIS administrates its own plugins, will be configurated separately and generats besides the global records, local log files by its activities. The scaling in the framework can thereby be configurated load and task related.
