The software Sage CRM is appropriate for Sage Office Line (Sage 100). Through the deep CRM Integration Sage 100 ERP, Sage managed to reduce the input of data enormously: After providing master data once, they will be available in both systems and can be accessed on mobile devices. Using the offers from Sage Office Line (Sage 100), opportunities can automatically be created in the CRM. This serves the tracking of offers directly in Sage CRM. You can combine activities (e. g. number of customer visits) with for instance sold items in evaluations.

Different to conventional gateways, the SIS allows connecting several different data bases as it provides templates for many software products. The advantage is amongst others the standardisation of already available knowhow for conflict verifications, the tracking of record changes, the administration of the gateway via a graphical user interface and the adaptability of the panel allocation without programming knowledge.

The SIS supports Sage Office Line 2014 and 2015 as well as Sage 100.
